2. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
During peak seasons or major promotional events, processing time may extend to 3–5 business days due to increased order volume.
Customized or made-to-order items follow a separate production schedule. Estimated processing and shipping timelines for such items are clearly stated on the product detail page.
3. Shipping Methods, Timeframes & Fees
Shipping costs and delivery timeframes are determined by the destination and selected shipping method and are consistently applied as shown at checkout.
Standard Shipping (Long-term default option):

Delivery within 3–7 business days.
Shipping fees are calculated based on order value, with free standard shipping available for qualifying orders.
• International Orders:
Delivery within 7–20 business days.
Shipping fees include international transportation and standard customs handling. Import duties or taxes, if applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient.
Express Shipping (Optional):
• Domestic Orders:
Delivery within 1–3 business days.
• International Orders (Selected Regions):
Delivery within 3–7 business days.
Express fees are calculated at checkout. Import duties or taxes are not included and must be paid by the recipient.
Delivery times are estimates based on historical shipping performance and may be affected by external factors such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or customs inspections.
4. Duties & Taxes
International shipments may be subject to import duties, VAT, or other taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are the responsibility of the recipient.
We declare shipments accurately in compliance with customs regulations. If a package is returned or held due to unpaid duties or missing customs documentation, related costs will be deducted from any eligible refund.
5. Order Tracking
Once an order has shipped, a tracking number and tracking link will be provided via email or account notification. Customers can monitor shipment progress at any time using the provided link.
6. Delivery Issues & Exceptions
If a shipment is marked as delivered but not received, or if items arrive damaged or incomplete, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery, providing relevant photos or documentation for verification.
If a package is returned due to incorrect address information, delivery refusal, or failed delivery attempts, reshipment or refund options will be arranged after deducting applicable shipping costs.
