I. Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. We are committed to providing quality products and a transparent return & exchange experience. This policy applies to all purchases made through our independent online store, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange within 30 calendar days of receiving your order. Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.

To be eligible, items must meet the following conditions:
• Brand new, unused, and unwashed
• In original packaging with all tags, accessories, and included items intact
• Free from damage, stains, deformation, or signs of wear that affect resale

Acceptable Reasons

We accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:
• Item arrives damaged or defective
• Wrong item received
• Missing items
• Size discrepancy (customers may be asked to provide photos and measurements for verification)

Non-Returnable Situations

Returns are not accepted for reasons such as personal preference, aesthetic differences, or subjective dissatisfaction.
However, exchanges may be requested for these reasons, subject to availability, and the customer is responsible for shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Products

The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a verified quality issue:
• Customized or made-to-order items
• Intimate apparel
• Beauty, skincare, or personal care products
• Food or consumable items

2. Return & Exchange Process

Step 1: Submit a Request

Please contact our customer support team or log in to your account and submit a return/exchange request. Include:
• Order number
• Reason for return or exchange
• Clear photos or videos showing the issue (if applicable)

Step 2: Review & Approval

Our customer service team will review your request within 1–2 business days. Once approved, you will receive return instructions and a return authorization reference.

Step 3: Return Shipment

Please ship the item back within 7 calendar days of approval using a trackable shipping method. Failure to return within this timeframe may result in cancellation of the request.

Step 4: Inspection & Resolution

After receiving the returned item, we will inspect it within 3–5 business days. Upon approval:
• Refunds will be issued, or
• Replacement items will be shipped, depending on your request

3. Shipping Cost Responsibility
• Our Responsibility:
If the return or exchange is due to a confirmed quality issue, wrong item, or missing items, we will cover the return shipping cost. Customers may be asked to prepay shipping, which will be reimbursed after inspection (up to our standard shipping rate).
• Customer Responsibility:
For exchanges requested due to personal reasons (e.g. wrong size selection, preference change), customers are responsible for both return and reshipping costs.

If a returned item does not meet eligibility requirements, the return will be declined and the item may be sent back at the customer’s expense.

4. Refund & Exchange Timeline

Refunds

Once approved, refunds are processed within 1–3 business days.
Depending on your payment provider (credit card, PayPal, etc.), it may take 3–7 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

Exchanges

Approved exchange items will be shipped within 3–5 business days. Delivery times follow our standard shipping policy.

5. Additional Notes
• If a package is damaged or lost during transit, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide supporting documentation (photos, carrier confirmation, etc.).
• Items that show signs of wear, modification, misuse, or intentional damage are not eligible for return or exchange.
• All returned items are subject to inspection. Our inspection results will be used as the final determination.
